01About me

Patience is the first ingredient.

I'm a dedicated Bakery & Confectionery professional who believes great bread is built on time, touch and consistency.

My journey began with a Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery at the Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow, followed by six months of on-the-job training at Crowne Plaza, an IHG hotel in Noida. There I learned the fundamentals the right way: professional equipment, core recipes and HACCP.

At LSG Sky Chefs in Bengaluru I worked as Commis 3 and Commis 2 across bread, pastry, cake and confectionery production. Today I'm Commis 1 at Trofi in Riyadh, bringing the same care for quality, creativity and customer satisfaction to every bake.
